In accordance with Clause 5(c) of the Australian Competition Consumer Commission (ACCC) approved Trade Mark Rules, from time to time the Australian Building Codes Board will issue Notices for maintaining the integrity, validity and ownership of the WaterMark trade mark. The Trade Mark Rules are available at Appendix 1 of the Manual for the WaterMark Certification Scheme.
The Notices of Direction forms an extension of the ACCC approved Trade Mark Rules. Relevant stakeholders must comply with the current Notices of Direction, as detailed below:
